With its global network of subsidiaries and a network of strategically located warehouses around the world, Hidrate offers added value to both its suppliers and its customers. Through a concept of source, serve and supply Hidrate sources products internationally at highly competitive prices. Making use of our fully automated and AEO certified warehouses these products are stored in perfect conditions in a reliable and cost efficient
manner. These products can then be delivered internationally in varying order sizes and frequencies giving our customers the most efficient and flexible access to luxury branded products at highly competitive prices.

AutoStore represents a breakthrough in storage technology, and we are proud to be among the first companies in SEA to integrate this system into our warehouse operations. This fully automated solution allows us to optimize product storage, significantly reducing energy consumption and maintenance costs. It has enabled us to cut our storage space requirements by 75% and accelerate our order preparation process by a factor of four. These improvements translate into faster, more cost-effective, and flexible deliveries for our customers while positioning us to support new clients across diverse business models.
HiT is our state-of-the-art ERP platform, designed to enhance efficiency across our core operations, including rapid delivery, seamless goods flow, precise inventory management, and accurate customs and excise declarations. With its agile development capabilities, our platform enables quick deployment of new functionalities, allowing us to swiftly adapt to market opportunities. The integration of our ICT and logistics systems creates a uniquely efficient supply chain process, which lies at the heart of our company’s identity.

All our divisions handling customs-related activities are AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certified.
